Easy odd jobs

I have several odd jobs in the house: 1: relocate laundry to upstairs bathroom. Demolish 750mm wide section of existing timber frame wall. Construct timberframe nook --- for washing machine in bedroom to be accessed from the bathroom. Install electrical fittings, plumbing inlet/outlet and duct for the hanging dryer above to vent outside. 2: remove door and reframe/reline wall 3: rehang 2x doors to swing in opposite direction 4: demolish stand alone fireplace remove steel cylinder chimney. Repair roof and ceiling Please exclude painting from the quote. Walls to be lined and stopped only
