REPAIRS: PROPERTY ADDRESS: 83, paice ave, Sandringham (a rental property in 3 flats) OUTSIDE: 1. GUTTER: Replace leaking metal gutter at back of carport with white PVC guttering. 2. Replace the existing rusting metal gutter at back of flat 2 (outside the bedroom of flat 2, in the courtyard area), with white PVC guttering. 3. Replace the broken clips on the back of the letter box, so it does not swing in the wind. FLAT 1: 1. BEDROOM: Repair the crack in the door of bedroom’s (top/left) cupboard 2. Repair the crack in the bedroom door. 3. Repair the sliding cupboard doors in the kitchen (under the servery/bench), so that they close. 4. Repair the far kitchen drawers, so they open and close properly. 5. Replace the broken Venetian blinds by the back door, (with metal ones?) FLAT 3: 1. Repaint and reseal the bath surround 2. Fix the bathroom vanity doors, so they close thanks
