Fence cutting down

Framing was added on top of existing fence and filled in with trellis. Whole fence is falling over into neighbour's yard (there is a level difference between the 2 properties). Whole fence has to be cut down to approx 0,5 metre above upper ground level. Material to be removed. Have permission from neighbour for to access their property. This is a rough job - simply cut down to reduced height and remove. Next steps will be considered thereafter. Neighbour property access - 117 Crummer Road I need to be on site to give access to 22 Elgin Street (so day / time needs to be arranged)
