Exterior plastering

1940's Art Deco stucco / brick house on Mt Albert Rd - Three Kings. In heavy rain window flashings leak. Existing cracks appear to be have been filled with sealant and repainted. Assessment and quote required to either replace sealant, plaster and repaint or whether more extensive remedial work is required. Regards Ronan
