Door handle

Hey guys Landlord has asked me to get some quotes for a door handle replacement for a bedroom. He wants the door handle to be identical to the others in the house. I have included pictures of the missing door handle and the door handle required. Could you please quote me for a new door handle and the labour. I also need someone to clean a ceiling which has a bit of water damage from a leak and has started to grow mould but not much. Would prefer someone who could do both if possible so need a jack of all trades Cheers David
