Under-house access 'door'

Create access in weatherboard cladding to under house and install insulation. The area to gain access is on the street elevation of an original workers cottage (circa '1890') A high standard of finish to the access 'door' would be expected. Work should be carried out by an experienced carpenter.Best to view before quote. Install of insulation would be desired as part of this job but could also be let seperately.
