Builder/Handyman to shave down and hang 8x doors plus a few other little tasks

We have a two bedroom unit in Herne Bay that we have recently finished renovating but needs a few odd jobs to be completed before it is finished. We require the following in order of priority: 1) 8x Doors hung and the bottoms shaved off as they no longer open and close since the carpet was installed. 2) Install latch on bathroom window (latch already bought) 3) Install toilet roll holder (toilet roll holder already on site) 4) Screw oven switch onto the wall in kitchen 5) Install and rehang the kitchen cupboard sliding doors on a sliding rail. 6) Cut down 2x melamine shelves and put into the wardrobes 7) Look at fixing the front gate with a suitable latch of some sort? up for suggestions Would ideally like this work completed by Tuesday May 2nd? But open for negotiation if required, if you can't complete by then Fridays would suit best.
