Old fashioned handyman for outside occasional maintenance

We're a 23 townhouse complex in Ellerslie that needs someone local who czn do odd jobs ..like replacing the concrete around manhole covers in our cobbled driveway, sand the cobbles, general tidy up (no gardening required, we have a great gardener) We'd like to establish a good working relationship with a reliable handyman (would really suit a retired person) who can put in a couple of hours on occasion.
