1) Replace toilet seat - see picture (buy it from Bunnings if you have no stock) 2) Replace ceiling exhaust fan (mounted at kitchen area) 3) possible electrical work, sometimes the toilet light cannot light up (possibility light bulb or wiring lose) 4) Possible installing new blinds - if possible If all good, we can work on other jobs and possible all the above.
