Repair to Toilet Room

There was a leak in the toilet room, in a rental property. The leak is repaired but there is a hole in the corner of two walls. The hole is about 90cm X 40 cm. This hole needs to be filled, stopped and then painted. The skirting board needs replacing. The room is approx 2m X 1m. The lino needs to be pulled back flat. The skirting boards needs to be painted. I may have some spare paint in the shed.
