I need three different tasks done and hoping to find someone who could do it next week sometime as we are trying to get the house sold before Easter: - Replace a rotting timber window frame - hoping this can just be a simple frame built in place, it is for a storage area where the window doesn't open - Build a balustrade on an existing deck (the edge behind the planter pots in the photo attached) - Plaster some cracking paint on a bathroom ceiling

Great work and completed really quickly, would definitely use Mario again. Really responsive on the phone and always kept us updated with timings etc.
