New entrance steps

We require someone to build new wooden steps, and a balustrade on one side, at the entrance of our house. This may involve building over the existing concrete steps or removing the existing steps. The steps are approx 1.5 meters high and 1.8 meters wide. The new steps will be square with the house rather than curved like the existing ones. We would also consider extending the create ones if that was easier.
