Odd jobs

I have a number of small home handyman jobs that I need completed. My husband doesn't even own a hammer, so I need someone to do the following jobs which have been driving me crazy for ages: - fix loose window latch - purchase and install security lock on a window - fix a hole in the roof - install 2 hooks for French doors - fill in a few gaps we have between our wooden floor boards - tighten toilet seat - fix cracked wooden floor board - replace/fix shower head - install new soap holder in shower PS we don't own tools or a ladder so you will need to supply your own.
