Boardwalk and retaining wall

We need someone to finish our boardwalk and create a retaining wall with a seat in it made out of railway sleepers. 1. The board walk has posts that need to be bolted on so we can run rope through it. About 8 posts 2. The retaining wall will be 800mm high x 5 mtrs where the railway sleepers will go, then we need a smaller one along the fence line up to 500mm high
