Tait bathroom

The bathroom in a house I own has a few tiled steps up to the bathtub. The tiles are large slate tiles and a couple of them have come loose. The timber underneath also looks very dark (?mouldy). I am looking for someone who can check the integrity of the timber forming the steps, and fix any piece of timber which needs replacing, then re-attach the slate tiles. You'll probably have to see the job to get a full idea what I mean - I will add photos if I can. The house is rented - ideally I would only visit the house before 2pm weekdays since my tenants finish work at 2pm. Thanks.
