Handyman - paint touch ups and fixing things in rental property

I am looking for someone who can do some small fix it jobs for my rental properties, including: - paint touch ups and repainting walls where necessary - fixing on a toilet roll holder - fixing a wobbly range hood etc I would like the work done on the first property on Monday or Tuesday this week if possible. I have other properties so ideally you will be available from time to time when things need fixing or tenants move out. This property is in Mt Wellington and other properties are in Onehunga and Blockhouse Bay.
