Most important is a warped weatherboard on the side of the house that needs replacing. Couple of other odd jobs needing looked at too; little bits of woodwork on the outside of the house needing fixed; small patch of broken concrete needing fixed; need "swing arm" on aluminium window frames to prevent window opening too far.
