Deck repairs and odd jobs around the house

1/ We've got a small wooden deck out the back and the nails are sticking up. These need to be hammered down. 2/ The wooden trellis frame around our gate to our back deck is broken. 3/ The three wooden steps to our back deck are broken and some of the planks need replacing and others need nailing down. 4/ The doorhandle on our laundry door is broken 5/ Due to the natural movement of our house, there are gaps between our wooden floors in the kitchen that need to be filled. 6/ Our letterbox door has swelled and is unable to be opened. This needs to be fixed, 7/ The windows in one of our bedrooms are rattling and need fixing, 8/ There are a few squeaky hinges in doors around the house. 9/ If possible, we've got a hard to reach window in our living room that needs cleaning. 10/ Broken catch on one of the windows needs replacing
