Hi. I need a new mailbox installed at a rental property. My husband is not up for it (long story) - and my tenants are hopeless! I need the box in place to make it easier to serve papers on them ... I think there is still a wooden post firmly concreted in place, so I just need someone to attach the mailbox (easy job!). I can either buy a mailbox and have it sent direct to the tradesperson (since the tenants are rubbish), or I could reimburse a tradie if they source one.

Ian was great to work with on a simple job to buy and install a new mailbox at a rental property of mine. He communications were clear and prompt, and the work was done on time and on budget. I'll definitely offer Ian further handyman work as it arises at my properties.
