Urgent job. Hang 2 paintings before high noon

Urgent small job. Need 2 paintings hung today Sat Oct 8 before midday. Tenant moves in today. Walls are plastered concrete and I do not have the necessary tools at this property today which is why I'm posting this job. I need someone to accurately measure, drill concrete walls, use neat masonary plugs and hang 2 paintings with appropriate hooks to hold 5 kg. Cause minimal damage, clean up after No ladder available at property so you must have your own This should be no more than 1 hours work for an efficient handyman. I will pay $100 incl gst for urgent Saturday job
