We have a broken TV aerial we need taken down and a "plant" growing in the guttering of our roof. Our place is a three storey townhouse and access would be from the deck off our bedroom, which is on the third floor, via a good ladder approximately 5 step ladder (you would need to provide). Must use safe practises. Would like job done 22nd October .
