Various external 1st floor maintenance

I've a few jobs all first floor external on 1950s house: Length of rusted gutter replaced Soffit cracked at joint Peeling paint on window frames Rain getting in along bottom of glass in one wooden window. House has flat roof accessible from upstairs deck and I've got a long ladder that should reach all from ground level.
