plaster and paint touch ups for bumps and scrapes to interior walls

We are looking to sell our house and it needs plaster and paint touch ups for the interior for the knocks and scrapes to the painted walls and corners - cosmetic work. There's also a couple of outdoor paint touch ups where deck stain got on the weatherboard and a spot where the paint has lifted from the weatherboard. We need this done ASAP to get the house on the market ASAP as we have already bought our new house. Photo example of work required attached

While Alex started the job okay he requested payment before finishing the final room (money needed to buy product needed to do this room) which was to be done the next day. We foolishly paid him as felt secure given we found his services on Builders Crack and he had previously good reviews. After receiving payment he never turned up as promised to finish the job and didn't answer any texts, calls or emails, and in fact turned his phone off. He should be struck off Builders Crack. Appalling!
