Sink installation and spouting repair

I want a .9 vanity installed in my rental unit in Otahuhu this week. I also need the roof spouting repairs at the front and back of the unit, and on the carport where the water leaks down. Also adjust hot water valve overflow on roof. Prefer local person so your transport cost won't detract
