Shingles Replacement

I have an overhang above my ranch slider which has a shingle roof. These are currently pine and they are splitting and falling down. I would like to have the shingles replaced. The current pitch is curved I am happy for this to be straight if it is easier. The frame may also need replacing so it woudl be good to know the price for just the shingles replacement and then the shingles and a new frame.
