Ceiling repair and window latches fixed

Hi, After some plumbing repairs I need a hole fixed in my kitchen ceiling as pictured. Just want hole filled and plastered - I can paint it. Also have two sets of windows in the bedrooms - one needs the latches repaired and the other set needs the window stays moved on them (after having timber venetians fitted). Thanks, Julie
