Shower wall patch job

We had a leaky shower mixer, previous plumbing was bad so we had to replace pipes. Because of this more wall had to be stripped in order to get this done. The hole measures 29cm wide by 33cm high. would like to know if the entire wall needs replacing or just a patch job?

Ryan from RMR Services carried out the job to replace a seratone panel in our bathroom. Ryan was helpful, informative, professional and did a quality job.
