There is a few general repairs to a rented property that needs to be done. 1. replace or repair door alarm bell. 2. Water leak in the laundry from laundry sink tap. The wall behind the laundry tub is wet and needs to be removed. Once removed, new plaster board to be put up and then painted. 3.The tap on the laundry tub needs replacing or the washer needs replacing. 4. sliding screen door has come off it's hinges. The rivets have come off, some of the part still in the cavity and needs removing. Rivets needs replacing. 5. Noisy pipes when tap in bathroom is turned on, check pipes and let owner know if any repair needed.
