Fire Engineer needed for plans

I am looking to fill in a back door of a unit and some design assistance in determining whether I can do that and still comply with the building code. The required output would be a letter (referencing the existing fire plan) stating that the alterations would not reduce compliance with the fire safety portions of the building code.
