Handyman for Odd Jobs during Property Renovation

We are a property investment and construction company, we have rental properties with on going maintenance, regular renovation projects and new build projects. We are looking for a loyal and long term handyman to work for us on contract basis for a fair price, with good quality work, someone who gets the job done quickly with no hassles. We have a new project coming up to renovate a house, the project will only be for 3 weeks, there will be odd jobs to do such as: Demolition Removing construction rubbish Helping with landscaping labour Picking up/delivering construction materials in your vehicle on a daily basis Moving construction materials Minor property repairs Doing minor prep work for Electrician or Builder as required. Cleaning property I would expect to pay around $30 per hr Inc GST. I would also expect this project to have around 80 hours work.
