Builder for bits and pieces

After a builder or a REALLY good handyman. I need someone who can; shorten a doorway and install a door roller, afix bathroom wall unit and inwall cabinet, possibly to help lay flooring in apartment, put up cabinet or 2, create a couple of recessed areas. There are numerous other small jobs here for a willing person. Have called up some guys from Trademe services and they have all been bad communicators and unreliable - whereas the plumber, tiler, glazier, electrician underfloor heating guy, shower guy everyone else has been great. But finding a builder has been very disappointing so please someone help me out. Would prefer someone with good track record and experience. Need someone to come and do about 4-5 half days so can mix in with other jobs you have on. Will pay each day or at the end don't mind which. Am easy to work for. Located in part of the city where you will be able to get a park quite easily (Parnell/Auckland).

Jarrod and his other worker are 10/10 guys who did exactly what was asked. I would use them for muxch bigger jobs when I can because they are proficient in everything they do. This job is bits and pieces so not done via quote but by time. Jarred is an excellent communicator. Contact made within 24hrs. Visit done by Jarred and I can see why he has had good reviews.
