Kitchen sideboard - Fix or maybe replace

I have rental property that has an old kitchen bench with sink drawers cupboards etc the problem is that partical board around one set of doors has got wet and has started to fall to bits and the hinges have come loose, not sure if this is fixable or it would be better to replacy the whole unit.
