Help fix our leaking shower :(

We have a --- tiled shower with a polished wooden floor. The shower base has been installed wrong I am told and we have a leak between the bottom of the tiles and the shower base where the tiles meet the base. It is leaking into the floor and under the house. We need to remove the tiles and fit a new shower we have been told. We also want an extraction fan installed

Did a good job for us. Promptly called around on a Sunday morning and assessed the job and then had it started the following week. Helped us with a plan when some rot was found and changed his schedule to fit in with us. Really pleased with the results.
