Guttering & Wooden stairs (Fix & or Replace)

First up - guttering on the front of our property needs to be re-hung/adjusted. When it rains the water sits stagnant and then overflows over the top of our front stairs when it rains heavily, which over time has caused the stairs to gradually deteriorate/rot. Secondly - we need the front stairs repaired or if required fully replaced.
