Wallpaper 3 bedroom house + handyman stuff hubby says he can do but never gets around to it

Wallpaper a 3 bedroom house. I will have the walls prepped properly so all you need to do is paste and hang. I also want paper hung in the wardrobes which i believe is the fiddly bit. Around 30 rolls. The job needs to be completed 15-19 July. The house will be empty with no furniture. If you are a handyman then there will be other odd jobs needed that week as the house will be going on the market. My preference is you quote by the hour rather than the job. Someone quoted $45 +gst per roll to do the work. I thought that was excessive but if i am delusional then please educate me. The Job is in Ellerslie.
