small repair jobs (x 4)

1. Have sunroom with plastic sheeting needing rescrewing onto alumininium joinery. In recent wind the sheeting was lifted. 2. change a frozen hot water tap on a super tub. 3. repair a kitchen drawer - the front fascia has come adrift from main drawer. 4. had a water leak and the plumber broke into the wall to fix pipe. the wall broken is inside a very large cupboard. need to replace the wall with a section glued/screwed on and a shelf which is no longer useable because it became wet.
