Handyman for Rental Properties

We need a handyman to take care of general tasks at a rental property in St Lukes, Auckland. There are a few little bits and bobs that need to be taken care of now, but we're looking for someone who can be our go-to person for all tasks that arise throughout the year. The scope of work is likely to include: * Minor building repairs (e.g.: repairing gates, adjusting shelves, fixing things that break) * Minor plumbing jobs (e.g.: fixing leaking taps, checking dodgy water pressure) * Touching up paint work This property has been completely renovated in the last couple of years, so repairs are minor.
