Teak Drawer - Rail replacement

I have a nice set of Teak Drawers, however the rails are in very bad condition and they are difficult to open and close. Looking to replace the rails with a soft closing (blum or similar) set of rails. Each drawer is quite wide (1.2m wide), and fairly heavy (unknown). They would require sturdy rails. Looking for high quality rails, with a precision install. Attention to quality and detail is preferred over a cheap cost. I can drop off and pickup these drawers.
