Maintenance jobs to be done around house

1. There is a broken piece of wood at the stairs to the pool and the gate to the pool needs fixing. 2. As there is no cover over the pool, please advise if it's possible to fill up the pool with sand or is there any other cost effective way of covering/filling it up? 3. The laundry/bathroom door does not close properly, needs adjustment. 4. The toilet seat in the ensuite does not stay on, needs adjustment. 5. There’s a tree branch that fell on the glass house, please advise if you're able to assist with removing. 6. Bathroom needs painting.
