Replace carport roof and fix a wardrobe and door catch

We have three jobs that need doing by a competent handiman. I'm hoping one person can complete the lot, rather than getting different people in. 1st job: the corrugated plastic roofing needs replacing on our carport. The carport is roughly 3m by 4m. 2nd job: the rail on the wardrobe in the master bedroom is falling down and needs to be refined to the ceiling. simple matter of a couple of ramjet plasterboard plugs and a couple of screws, probably only 5 minutes work for someone with the know how 3rd job: Need some kind of wall anchor/catch to hold a door open (rather than the current method of using a brick to hold the door open!). I'm also hoping for someone to be available to start next week (ie week starting 25April), The most urgent thing to do is the wardrobe, the others less urgent, but wanting them done in the next month.
