removing a kitchen cupboard

Hi, We are having a new coffee machine installed in our office kitchen. We need to have one of our overhead cupboards taken off the wall and possibly re-fixed a bit higher to accommodate the new coffee machine. I also have a door that's had a rivet break off in the door frame (where it closes). I needs to have a screw fixed back in to hold the plate in place.
