Replace window

I have an old wooden joinery window which has fixed open louvres. I would like to have this window replaced with something that is able to be opened and closed. Wood or aluminium is fine, whichever is cheaper. I think it may be a non standard size so may need to be built custom. I have photos with tape measure included for exact measurements. Approx measurements: External horizontal brick to brick measurement = 54cm Internal horizontal from outside frame to grame measurement = 56 cm External vertical = 85cm Internal vertical = 80cm
