Some handyman jobs around rental property

Need some jobs done around my rental properties in panmure - The side gate has warped over the past year and the latch is causing some damage to the brick at the side. Looking to fix the loose brick and shift the latch such that it doesn’t affect the brick. There is a couple of loose fixings due to the gate being tied to it, looking to fix that and also remove the latching to prevent such issues from reoccurring? The spreader is fully obstructed and needs cleaning. Gutter for a 100m2 single level house requires cleaning as well. Kindly provide your quote for the jobs above and earliest availability to do the jobs.

Carl did a great job with the repairs around my rentals. He was quick to provide a quote and came down soon after to complete the job. Would definitely look for him again for similar jobs for my rentals :)
