Various handyman jobs including hanging picture.

I've got several small jobs that I'd like attended to. 1. Hang picture 1m x 1.5m and approx 10kg. Have tried to put in "Wall Mates" but unable to secure to wall which I'm told is "Pinex" - it's a little like pin board material. I've recently had a heavy mirror hung which worked fine. 2. Install new lock for bathroom door, remove old lock and fill any holes. 3. Fill hole in ceiling where there was a light. 4. Secure washing machine waste pipe to wall. 5. Run a bead of anthracite colour silicone between floor tiles and laundry cabinetry. Let me know if you have any questions. I can provide photos if you need.
