Professional Finishing

I looking for someone with a professional finishing touch... a builder has left with an incomplete job. There is a big door jammer that has to be cut to fit the actual size and put architrave around it and paint it. Some tiles have holes in them, ideally we would like to replace those tile but will negotiate... some plaster and painting and other proper finishing touches required... we need a professional and knowledgeable and honest person.
