House maintenance

Hi We need someone with general maintenance skills to complete the following jobs: Fix a roller which is not turning for the pool cover (the handle moves but the mechanism does not turn) Fix two downpipes that are leaking. One requires sealing and the other would probably require a T diffuser to support it. Replace a light in the hallway (standard halogen we will supply bulb) it is a very high ceiling (probably two stories) so we cannot get to it Pull up original sealant around acrylic shower and reseal for waterproofing. We would require the work to be complete as soon as possible. Please submit your estimate with your interest. We would prefer someone local for convenience of any future jobs
