Shower Waste Pipe and Trap

The "shower waste" pipe and trap set into tiles is not functional for long hair and keeps blocking. The chrome cover that sits over it does not "click" into the clasps because they're broken and it is driving me crazy. I either need a plumber or handyman to install a new one preferable no cleaning required – hair and soap residue washes away through pipe and trap.
