Hi, Looking for a cost effective solution for replacement of floorboards affected by water damage through a hot water cylinder leak. Insurance has only provided a small settlement so need a very cost effective solution and quote. Photos attached of the carpet in lounge caving in. The carpet and underlay needs to be pulled up and the floor board replaced
