Few random jobs following house move

Just moved into new place, need an all round super star to do the following jobs: 1) Remove an old school wall mounted TV stand that holds a 50 inch 30 kilo TV and replace with a new mount for new 55 inch (not sure if any damage to wall will occur that will need to be fixed... possible) 2) paint one wall and patch other a few small other areas where previous owners did not move furniture... (previous owners left paint...) 3) source and replace door handles on approx 6 doors There maybe a few other small things in addition that may come up
