1. Repair deck. One wood panel fell off from the deck floor. Wood looks old. Needs good checkup of the deck. If the deck can have a parasol umbrella that would be awesome as water drips from upper floor. 2. Outlet with no electricity now. Needs to be repaired. 3. Needs a fan in the bathroom.
